Now that I live in Denver, I'm sure the city will make the Top 10 next year.

Having had the intense displeasure of living in Baltimore for several months, I am totally shocked that I dont see it in the top ten. Driving on 83 was one of the worst experiances of road rage in my life and I know I'm not alone.
